03 / HOW IT WORKS
From your brief to a useful specification.
1. Tell us about the project
Start with the room, number of locations and timing. No drawings or client files are needed for an initial inquiry.
2. Confirm the inputs & scope
After acceptance, share plans or photos privately, along with window, light, household and maintenance details. We agree on a start date.
3. Review the PDF
Receive a studio-branded specification. Request one consolidated revision within seven days. Genuine errors are corrected separately.
THE FOUNDING PILOT
Help shape a service
your studio can use.
We plan to accept five initial projects, with at most two in progress at a time. This is a planned pilot size, not a live availability counter.
No specification fee for accepted pilots, in exchange for candid feedback. A testimonial or permission to publish your work is always a separate, optional request.
- One bounded residential area or small project
- Up to six freestanding plant locations
- Designer branding and one consolidated revision
- Estimated seven business days after complete intake and an accepted start date
Plants, planters, purchasing, shipping, installation and maintenance are excluded. Green walls, irrigation, built-in planters and exterior planting are outside this pilot.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Clear expectations, from the start.
What if the light is uncertain?
We document the gap and may hold a location until better evidence, measurements or a local assessment is available. We never add unsuitable plants to reach a set number of choices.
Do you guarantee plant survival?
No. Recommendations depend on the evidence provided and ongoing care. Conditions, plant quality and maintenance change. We explain the assumptions and relevant limitations.
Who checks the recommendations?
This is a founder-led service. AI can help with drafting and formatting; a responsible human checks the final recommendations. Work beyond our expertise requires qualified horticultural review before delivery.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated revision within seven days of delivery covers the agreed brief. New rooms, changed environmental conditions or a materially revised design require a new scope. Genuine errors are corrected without using your revision.
Can you source or install the plants?
Procurement, inventory, installation and ongoing maintenance are not included. The initial service is a remote specification package for your studio.
